Community Standards

RRN is not intended to be a sanitized room where everyone agrees.

People may be loud, weird, political, religious, irreligious, emotional, critical, sarcastic, profane, dark, enthusiastic, unpopular, or unconventional.

Moderation exists to stop material harm and abuse, not to enforce one personality or worldview.

1. What is allowed

Subject to the hard lines below, you may:

• disagree with users, creators, presenters, staff, and RRN itself;
• criticize RRN, RBEW, a show, station, artist, policy, product, or decision;
• discuss politics, religion, identity, culture, entertainment, and controversial topics;
• use profanity;
• make jokes, satire, parody, memes, and fictional content;
• express strong emotions;
• block, mute, unfollow, decline, or end a conversation;
• tell someone you do not want further contact;
• discuss a negative experience truthfully and in good faith;
• report suspected misconduct;
• be wrong without automatically violating policy.

RRN does not ban an opinion merely because it is unpopular or offensive to someone.

2. Threats and violence — hard line

You may not make a credible threat of physical harm, encourage a specific person to commit violence or serious self-injury, coordinate an attack, or use RRN to plan violent harm.

Fiction, obvious satire, news discussion, self-defense discussion, or non-credible rhetorical language is not automatically a threat. Context matters.

When there is a reasonable belief of imminent danger, RRN may act immediately.

3. Targeted harassment — hard line

You may not repeatedly target a person with conduct intended or reasonably likely to intimidate, terrorize, humiliate, coerce, or drive them from the platform after clear boundaries have been established.

A single disagreement, criticism, insult, or negative review is not automatically harassment.

Repeated unwanted contact, coordinated dogpiling, evasion of blocks, threats, extortion, coercive intimidation, or persistent targeting can be harassment.

4. Stalking and doxxing — hard line

You may not use RRN to stalk another person or publish private identifying information in a way that creates a material safety or privacy risk.

This includes malicious publication of home addresses, private phone numbers, non-public precise location information, private credentials, sensitive identity documents, or similarly dangerous data.

Information that a person intentionally made public is not automatically "doxxing," but republishing public information as part of a credible campaign to threaten, stalk, or endanger them can still violate this policy.

5. Hate-based targeting and discrimination — hard line

You may discuss, debate, criticize, or hold beliefs concerning identity, religion, culture, politics, sex, gender, or other social issues.

You may not target a person for harassment, exclusion from RRN participation, threats, dehumanizing abuse, or discriminatory treatment because of a protected trait covered by the Non-Discrimination Policy.

Disagreement with an idea is not the same thing as discrimination against a person.

6. Sexual exploitation and minors — absolute hard line

RRN prohibits:

• child sexual abuse material;
• sexual grooming or predatory sexual conduct toward minors;
• sexual extortion;
• non-consensual intimate imagery;
• threats to publish intimate material;
• sexual content involving a real minor;
• attempts to use RRN to arrange illegal sexual conduct.

Content in this category may be removed immediately and accounts may be terminated without progressive warnings. RRN may preserve evidence and make reports when required or appropriate under law.

7. Fraud, scams, and impersonation — hard line

You may not:

• deceive people to obtain money, credentials, private information, goods, or account access;
• knowingly run a fraudulent sale, giveaway, investment, job offer, partnership, or identity scheme;
• materially impersonate a real person, RRN staff member, creator, station, label, or business for deceptive purposes;
• falsify verified status, ownership, payment, transaction, entitlement, or official affiliation.

Parody and satire are permitted when a reasonable person would not be materially deceived about the account's real identity or authority.

8. Spam and coordinated abuse — hard line

Ordinary promotion and repeated posting are not automatically spam.

You may not use automation, mass messaging, duplicate accounts, coordinated brigading, or repetitive content primarily to overwhelm people, manipulate platform systems, evade restrictions, or make a feature unusable.

9. Illegal and rights-infringing content

You may not use RRN to directly facilitate illegal activity or intentionally distribute material you know you have no right to distribute.

Copyright and ownership disputes are handled under the Copyright & Ownership Policy.

10. Misinformation

Being mistaken is not automatically a policy violation.

RRN may act when false or manipulated information is part of fraud, impersonation, fabricated evidence, dangerous deception, or another independently prohibited act.

RRN does not promise to be an arbiter of every disputed factual claim.

11. Reporting abuse

Use reporting tools for genuine concerns.

Knowingly fabricating evidence, coordinating false reports, or repeatedly filing reports for the purpose of harassment is itself abuse.

A report does not create an automatic presumption that the accused person violated policy. RRN may preserve evidence and review context from all relevant sides.

12. Enforcement and review

Responses may include education, warning, content removal, interaction restrictions, temporary suspension, loss of creator/presenter privileges, or account termination.

Immediate action may be taken for serious safety, exploitation, fraud, doxxing, security, or sabotage risks.

Where practical and safe, a person affected by a major enforcement action may request review and provide relevant context.
