Parental Active Refinement and Engagement Non-Sitter Transparency and Action of Logic

This policy defines the boundary between platform responsibility and parent or legal-guardian responsibility.

RRN must provide reasonable safeguards. A platform does not replace a parent or guardian. Neither side may use the other's responsibility as an excuse to ignore its own.

1. Independent accounts

RRN independent accounts are for people age 13 or older.

A person may not falsify age to bypass an age gate, purchase restriction, event rule, creator requirement, or other protection.

If RRN introduces a feature intended to collect personal information from children under 13, that feature must use the parental notice and consent process required by applicable law before collection unless a lawful exception applies.

2. RRN responsibility

RRN is responsible for safeguards it chooses or is required to provide, including where applicable clear content labels, age-related access rules, pre-entry notices for mature material, reporting and blocking tools, moderation of prohibited exploitation, account/privacy controls, transaction disclosures, and prompt response to credible child-safety reports.

RRN may not dismiss a credible exploitation or predation report merely by saying "parents should supervise."

3. Guardian responsibility

Parents and legal guardians remain responsible for household supervision, device access, family rules, and deciding what lawful content is appropriate for their child.

An RRN warning or age control does not guarantee that a supervised child will never encounter material a particular guardian dislikes.

Guardians should not give a child access to an adult account and then represent the resulting access as an age-control failure.

4. Content warnings

RRN may label content for mature language, sexual themes, violence, emotional intensity, substance references, sensitive subjects, or other potentially age-sensitive material.

A warning is information, not a promise that every person will agree with the label.

5. Mature or restricted areas

Where feasible and appropriate, RRN may require an affirmative age acknowledgment, account eligibility, guardian involvement, or another gate before entry to age-sensitive content or activities.

Attempting to bypass those controls may result in restriction.

6. Exploitation and predation — absolute hard line

RRN prohibits grooming, child sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, sexual solicitation of minors where prohibited, sexual extortion, and attempts to use RRN to facilitate exploitation of a child.

RRN may immediately restrict accounts, preserve evidence, and take legally required or safety-appropriate reporting steps.

7. Competitions, purchases, creator agreements, and paid participation

A minor's eligibility to buy, enter, sign, receive a payout, perform, or participate in a legally significant activity depends on applicable law and the specific program's rules.

A minor may be required to provide guardian consent even when old enough to hold a basic RRN account.

8. Shared accounts

Account holders should not share an account in a way that defeats age, purchase, creator, moderation, or privacy controls.

RRN may treat activity performed through an account as activity associated with that account while still investigating credible evidence of unauthorized use.

9. Limits of safeguards

Filters, warnings, moderation, and age controls reduce risk; they do not eliminate every risk.

That limitation does not excuse RRN from maintaining the safeguards it promises, and it does not transfer the guardian's supervision role to RRN.

10. Final boundary

RRN provides transparency, platform controls, and protective systems. Parents and legal guardians provide judgment, presence, and guidance. These roles are distinct and non-transferable.
