RBEW / RRN Policies

Terms of Service

The rules for using RBEW and RRN services: broad lawful participation with explicit boundaries against harm, abuse, fraud, exploitation, rights violations, and system interference.

Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of websites, accounts, community features, radio tools, creator portals, stores, digital libraries, submissions, events, and other services operated by Reality Builders Entertainment Works LLC ("RBEW") or Reality Radio Network ("RRN").

By creating an account, making a purchase, submitting content, or using an interactive RBEW/RRN service, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity.

1. Core rule

You are free to use RBEW/RRN services for lawful listening, discovery, expression, criticism, conversation, creation, collaboration, commerce, promotion, fandom, and community participation.

You are not free to use that access to materially harm other people, steal or misuse their rights, deceive them for gain, compromise systems, or prevent others from safely using the service.

2. Account eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an independent RRN account.

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, features involving contracts, purchases, creator agreements, payouts, employment-like obligations, or other legally significant consent may require a parent or legal guardian.

RRN does not knowingly permit an independent account for a child under 13 unless RRN has implemented the legally required parental-notice and consent process for the feature involved.

You may not falsify your age to bypass an age restriction.

3. Your account and identity

You may use a legitimate chosen name, stage name, presenter name, artist identity, or public persona where the service permits it. RRN may still require accurate private legal or payment information when necessary for contracts, payouts, fraud prevention, tax reporting, age verification, or another legal obligation.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials.

You may not:

  • sell or transfer an account without authorization;
  • share privileged staff, presenter, creator, or infrastructure credentials with an unauthorized person;
  • materially impersonate another real person or organization for deceptive purposes;
  • evade a suspension or restriction by creating replacement accounts;
  • obtain access to another person's private account, files, messages, purchases, creator tools, or administrative functions without permission.

4. Expression and participation

RRN permits strong disagreement, criticism of RRN, criticism of creators, profanity, political and religious discussion, controversial opinions, satire, parody, dark humor, and mature themes when the content otherwise complies with applicable rules and any required warning or age restriction.

RRN does not require people to be polite, agreeable, positive, or ideologically aligned with RBEW.

The hard boundary is conduct covered by the Community Standards, including credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, dangerous doxxing, exploitation, fraud, malicious impersonation, non-consensual sexual material, sexual exploitation of minors, malware, deliberate system abuse, and other materially harmful conduct.

5. User content

You keep ownership of content you own.

Posting or submitting content does not transfer ownership to RBEW unless a separate written agreement expressly says it does.

When you voluntarily post content to an RRN service, you give RBEW a non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, display, and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate the feature in which you placed it. Public posts may also appear in normal RRN discovery, feeds, previews, and promotion of the RRN service in which the post appears.

This platform-use permission ends when the content is removed from active service, subject to reasonable technical backups, legal recordkeeping, dispute evidence, existing shared copies, or separate agreements.

You may not upload content you do not have the right to use.

6. Creator rights

Creator ownership, credits, AI use, project licenses, and contribution disputes are governed by the Copyright & Ownership Policy, Responsible AI Policy, and any applicable written creator agreement.

Ideas, suggestions, feedback, or ordinary discussion do not by themselves create ownership of someone else's completed work.

7. Purchases

Purchases are governed by the Transactions, Payments & Billing Policy, Refund, Cancellation & Returns Policy, and any clearly disclosed product- or program-specific terms.

A purchase does not buy editorial endorsement, radio airplay, favorable coverage, creator status, employment, partnership status, verification, competition selection, or platform influence unless the purchased product expressly promises a lawful specific deliverable.

8. Radio and editorial discretion

RRN retains programming and editorial discretion over its stations and network services.

Submitting music, buying a service, participating in revenue sharing, purchasing presenter access, advertising, sponsoring programming, or paying a distribution-related fee does not guarantee radio airplay, favorable placement, endorsement, or editorial coverage unless a lawful written agreement expressly states otherwise.

9. Security and technical boundaries

You may not:

  • introduce malware, destructive code, credential stealers, or intentionally harmful files;
  • probe, exploit, bypass, or defeat access controls without written authorization;
  • interfere with streams, services, databases, moderation tools, checkout, account systems, or infrastructure;
  • intentionally overload services or use automation designed to deny service to others;
  • scrape private or access-controlled data;
  • falsify payment, entitlement, moderation, identity, or technical records;
  • use another person's tokens, session data, API keys, passwords, or privileged credentials.

Good-faith security research is not automatically authorized merely because a vulnerability is visible. Obtain written permission before testing beyond ordinary use.

10. Enforcement

RRN will normally choose a response proportionate to the conduct, history, risk, and available evidence.

Possible responses include notice, education, warning, content removal, restricted features, temporary suspension, loss of creator/presenter privileges, contract remedies, or account termination.

Serious safety, exploitation, fraud, security, or sabotage cases may result in immediate action without prior warning.

Moderation is not a promise that every harmful item will be detected before someone sees it.

11. Service availability

RRN may change, maintain, repair, replace, suspend, or discontinue a feature. RRN will not intentionally use a service change to confiscate a completed purchase, vested creator payment, or other existing right.

For paid services, discontinued or failed deliverables are handled under the transaction and refund policies and any applicable agreement.

12. Policy changes

RBEW may update these Terms prospectively. A change becomes effective on the date stated in the published update.

Material changes do not retroactively rewrite a completed purchase, vested creator split, ownership transfer, or already-earned payment unless the affected party agrees or applicable law requires it.

13. Mandatory rights and severability

Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer, privacy, copyright, labor, contract, or other right that applicable law says cannot be waived.

If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent legally possible.
