Policy doctrine: Maximum reasonable freedom. Minimum necessary restriction. Hard boundaries where actual harm begins.

Reality Builders Entertainment Works LLC ("RBEW") and Reality Radio Network ("RRN") do not believe safety requires eliminating freedom, and we do not believe freedom requires tolerating exploitation, fraud, abuse, coercion, sabotage, or violations of another person's rights.

These policies are written to make both sides clear: what people are free to do, and what they are not free to do.

Interpretation

When a rule prohibits specific conduct, RBEW will apply it to that conduct and its reasonably equivalent forms. A narrow rule is not intended to become a blanket ban on unrelated lawful behavior.

When a policy gives someone a right, permission, refund, ownership interest, payout share, privacy choice, or other protection, RBEW will not intentionally defeat that protection through an undisclosed internal rule.

A person's freedom on RRN ends where their conduct materially infringes another person's rights, safety, property, privacy, creative ownership, contractual rights, or ability to participate safely.

Policy hierarchy

If two rules genuinely conflict, the following order applies:

Mandatory law and non-waivable legal rights.
A signed or otherwise legally accepted written agreement, but only for the subject that agreement actually governs.
A program-specific or transaction-specific term clearly disclosed before the person purchases, submits, joins, or participates.

A narrower agreement does not silently erase unrelated rights. A later policy change does not retroactively change a completed transaction, vested creator split, transferred ownership interest, or already-earned payment unless the affected party agrees or applicable law requires the change.

Enforcement standard

RBEW may use education, correction, warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, project reassignment, loss of privileges, account termination, contract remedies, or other proportionate measures.

Severe conduct does not require progressive warnings. Immediate restriction or removal may be used for credible threats, sexual exploitation, predatory behavior, dangerous doxxing, fraud, deliberate security compromise, deliberate sabotage, severe harassment, intentional rights infringement, or another immediate or serious risk.

Where practical and safe, a person affected by a significant moderation or participation decision may request review and provide relevant context.

Good-faith rule

Loophole hunting does not convert clearly prohibited harmful conduct into permitted conduct.

At the same time, ordinary disagreement, criticism, unpopular opinions, good-faith mistakes, lawful competition, or refusing an optional interaction are not misconduct merely because someone dislikes them.

Mandatory legal rights

Nothing in these policies removes a right that applicable law says cannot be waived. When a policy provides less protection than mandatory law, the law controls. When RBEW voluntarily provides greater protection than the minimum required by law, the greater published protection controls for the transaction or activity to which it applies.
